Professional Services Associate (Fintech)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom; hybrid. Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM.

Salary: £28,000–£36,000 per year, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Launch small and medium-sized business clients through streamlined implementation processes.
• Perform quality assurance for new client launches and changes to existing client configurations.
• Monitor and escalate errors affecting new launches and existing client changes.
• Support client integration changes, including location and pay code additions.
• Collect and organize data for client reviews and analyze client-specific and systemic issues.
• Identify process gaps, automation opportunities, and improvements to data queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in an operational, technical, or real-time monitoring environment.
• Strong analytical ability to review data and setups, identify issues, and escalate them appropriately.
• Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
