TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (40% or two days per week in office) in Chester, Cardiff, or Manchester, UK

What you will do

  • Collaborate with product, commercial, credit risk, and customer insight teams to bring new propositions to life.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch for credit card products.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and ensure commercial performance.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Influence strategic decision-making to evolve and grow the credit cards business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or SAS in a commercial environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Proven ability to communicate recommendations and build consensus with stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Chester, Cardiff, or Manchester on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience with credit cards, consumer lending, or financial services products.
  • Exposure to partnerships, co-branded, or affinity propositions.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Copilot.
