Senior Associate (Fintech)

Location: On-site daily at the New York City office; candidates located in or open to relocating to New York City are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $85K–$95K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Support daily Operations activities with Account Managers and Client Implementation Specialists, including priority alignment, account health tracking, and operational initiatives.
• Monitor data accuracy, reporting reliability, documentation, and delivery timelines across client accounts.
• Review incoming data from clients and institutional sources, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Support client-specific reporting, data customization, account updates, reconciliations, and tax-related deliverables.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Client Implementation, Product, Data, and Operations on workflows, tools, and process rollouts.
• Maintain account documentation and share workflow insights to inform product and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in operations, project management, client support, consulting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to investigate issues, validate information across systems, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial or data-driven environments, or the ability to quickly learn investment and reporting data structures.
• Ability to work on-site daily at the New York City office.
• Experience with SQL or interest in developing technical and data analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in wealth management, private funds, family offices, accounting, or fintech.
• Exposure to IRRs, capital calls, K-1s, or NAV reporting.
