Implementation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 per year in New York.

What you will do

• Manage onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers through successful completion.
• Engage with clients to understand trading objectives and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver implementation solutions.
• Communicate with external brokers to facilitate trade execution.
• Configure trader accounts, environments, and trade routes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project coordination, and client relationship skills.
• Technical aptitude and interest in learning new technologies and programming languages.
• Interest in financial markets and the investment process.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Database experience and SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Java or Python.
• Working knowledge of the FIX protocol.
