Client Services Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support internal and external clients using hirify.global’s analytics product suite.
• Analyze trade data to identify insights and develop actionable client recommendations.
• Create and deliver client presentations covering transaction costs and bespoke research projects.
• Contribute to sales initiatives, product development, and thought leadership content.
• Use data, technology, and automation to improve internal and client-facing operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience; talented graduates may also be considered.
• Degree in business, economics, or data analytics preferred, with a strong academic background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined approach.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work toward collective team goals.
• Fluency in French required. Some programming experience, preferably in Python, is a plus.
