What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fulfillment for influencer marketing campaigns and internal employee product requests.
• Handle warehouse return logistics, including receipt verification, inventory reconciliation, and ERP processing.
• Coordinate intercompany (ICO) stock transfers and inventory movements to support production activities.
• Maintain and validate all warehouse transfers and logistics-related invoices within NetSuite.
• Coordinate communication with 3PL partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders via the logistics shared mailbox.
• Analyze logistics processes to initiate automation and optimize storage and transportation costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce logistics, including international courier and postal delivery systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Strong skills in business process analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with aggregator platforms such as Easyship.
• University degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Time zone: Must be able to align work schedule with GMT+3.
