Logistics Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate logistics shipments from order placement through delivery and invoicing.
• Plan, book, monitor, and proactively track and trace transport orders.
• Serve as the main contact for customers, carriers, overseas offices, customs partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide shipment updates, respond to operational enquiries, and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor shipment performance, address issues through root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare shipment documentation, maintain operational data, support reporting, and contribute to workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in coordinating end-to-end logistics shipments.
• Ability to manage transport bookings, shipment tracking, documentation, and invoicing support.
• Strong customer communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to resolve operational challenges and perform root cause analysis.
