Supply Chain Intern

Location: East Farmingdale, NY, United States

Pay rate: $19–$22 per hour

What you will do

• Update Oracle Promise Dates for supplier changes with Product Line PM approval.
• Track open purchase order issues and supplier order status through resolution.
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and notify Product Line Team Planners about slippage.
• Coordinate with internal resources and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and supplier requests.
• Maintain supplier NCRs and RTV records, expedite returned products, and ensure supplied materials are shipped on time.
• Expedite procedure submissions, reviews, approvals, and other actions required to resolve delivery issues.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen and U.S. person status required due to potential access to export-controlled information under ITAR or EAR regulations.
• Experience with computer databases.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information and pass any additional security screening.

• Currently pursuing or graduated from a bachelor's degree in business or supply chain.
