What you will do

• Oversee regional field installation and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate workforce planning and manage personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
• Ensure operations meet performance standards and project specifications.
• Participate in project delivery meetings, track progress, and address operational challenges.
• Lead teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing field installation and maintenance operations.
• Understanding of Quality Management System processes and company policy compliance.
• Analytical skills for cost analysis and project cost estimation.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
