Regional Director of Operations - Senior Living

Location: Remote, covering Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey, with travel to senior living communities required.

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 per year plus bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee administrative operations across multiple senior living communities and manage their leadership teams.
• Partner with Executive Directors on budgets, business plans, team goals, and professional development.
• Monitor resident care quality, regulatory compliance, state surveys, and company standards.
• Drive census growth, productivity, profitability, and return on investment across the region.
• Identify business trends and implement programs, processes, and company values.
• Travel to each community to provide hands-on leadership and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of multi-site or regional management experience.
• Proven ability to maintain regulatory compliance and meet state requirements.
• Experience creating business plans, tracking industry trends, and setting team goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead teams.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
