Regional HSE Manager (Renewable Energy)

Location: Remote/traveling for corporate use; ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Salary: $133,847–$194,078 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Assess safety culture and verify that HSE programs are consistently followed across project sites.
• Identify safety gaps in work plans and coordinate updates with Operations, Learning and Development, Lean Advantage, and Quality teams.
• Coach project leaders and site management on safety practices and leadership development.
• Advise site leadership and client HSE professionals on current and potential jobsite exposures.
• Use safety data and project examples to strengthen the company safety culture while supporting efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in occupational safety or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Seven years of experience in construction safety leadership or operations.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience advising project and site leadership on health, safety, and environmental matters.
