Test Engineer (Semiconductor Testing)

What you will do

• Create testing methods for semiconductor components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors, and diodes.
• Program testing machines to automatically inspect products.
• Troubleshoot test programs and electrical testing equipment.
• Create test process documentation and work instructions.
• Design test fixtures and collaborate with suppliers on technical issues and new equipment.
• Analyze test results and improve testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in semiconductor Test Engineering.
• Basic programming skills, especially in LabVIEW, Visual Basic, or C/C++.
• Experience with Minitab and statistical tools.
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, LCR meters, and function or pulse generators.
• Understanding of GR&R, statistics, Six Sigma, and DOE, with strong communication and independent teamwork skills.
