Engineer II - Test (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop pre-silicon characterization test plans based on product features.
• Develop test programs and ATE boards for existing and new integrated circuit products.
• Debug test programs and execute characterization, validation, qualification, and correlation activities.
• Analyze silicon performance, device marginalities, production yields, and root causes.
• Design and develop PCBs for IC environmental qualification.
• Drive improvements in yield, test coverage, test time, quality, cost, and manufacturing processes while collaborating with global engineering, quality, applications, and customer teams.

Requirements

• BSEE, BSECE, or equivalent education with 3+ years of experience, preferably in semiconductor test engineering.
• Strong understanding of digital and analog circuits from transistor to system level.
• Experience with C/C++ and VBA programming, ATE hardware and software development, and platforms such as SPEA, ETS, or J750.
• Knowledge of silicon development, validation, qualification, correlation methodologies, automotive standards, and semiconductor quality requirements.
• Strong statistical data analysis skills, including MSA, GR&R, and ANOVA; experience with Git or SVN and Windows environments.
• Laboratory experience with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and related instruments; strong verbal and written English communication skills.
