Engineer Test Development (Semiconductors)

Location: Dresden, Germany; relocation assistance to Dresden is available.

What you will do

• Develop test concepts, test hardware, and test programs for functional testing of SOC devices with memory, NVM, logic, mixed-signal, and RF components.
• Perform electrical characterization to support technology development, yield engineering, and quality teams.
• Install, correlate, and release test programs and hardware for production.
• Optimize yield, reduce test time, and continuously improve test processes.
• Create test project documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Diploma in information technology, communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in electrical testing.
• Very good knowledge of electronic measurement methods.
• Programming skills in C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of test hardware design, including schematics and probe hardware preparation.
• Knowledge of memory test procedures.
