Senior CRE Relationship Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Fully onsite in Kirkland, Washington, United States

Salary: $147,000–$250,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Source new commercial real estate relationships and deepen existing relationships with professional developers and sophisticated CRE investors.
• Lead origination teams through underwriting, approval, and documentation of complex construction, bridge, and permanent CRE loans.
• Develop relationship strategies across lending, deposit, treasury management, and payment products.
• Manage a large, complex CRE portfolio and identify, communicate, and monitor credit risk and quality.
• Analyze financing opportunities, structure credit and pricing, prepare financing proposals, and review credit committee materials.
• Coordinate due diligence, including lease reviews, appraisals, third-party reports, sponsor liquidity, contingent debt, and global cash flow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending.
• Proven success developing and growing large, complex CRE portfolios while balancing business development and asset quality.
• Expert credit analysis, underwriting, accounting, financial statement, cash flow analysis, and CRE credit structuring skills.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate lending policies, documentation, bank products, risk-rating systems, and underwriting policies.
• Strong relationship management, business development, analytical, problem-solving, sales, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and software such as Word and Excel; occasional travel is required.
