What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of complex, large-dollar commercial loan and deposit relationships.
• Interview business applicants, evaluate credit information, and make relationship recommendations.
• Maintain loan portfolio quality, monitor compliance with loan terms, and keep credit files current.
• Develop new loan, deposit, and fee-based business through a formal client call program.
• Track market trends and represent the bank in civic and community activities.
• Manage and retain existing clients while collaborating with internal contacts; coach or mentor junior relationship managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.
• At least seven years of commercial portfolio management experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, banking credit principles, commercial fee-based products, and bank policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and sales skills.
• Ability to interact with personnel at all levels using diplomacy.
