Senior Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager - CRE Warehouse Finance

What you will do

• Originate, underwrite, structure, negotiate, and obtain credit approval for complex CRE warehouse finance facilities.
• Perform financial analysis and due diligence on sponsors and commercial real estate assets.
• Manage client relationships and provide high-level customer service.
• Monitor portfolio performance, asset quality, reporting, and regulatory issues.
• Manage collateral valuations and mark-to-market triggers.
• Collaborate with credit, legal, finance, compliance, operations, and other business lines to execute transactions and generate cross-sell revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of commercial real estate lending experience.
• Strong credit skills, including knowledge of on- and off-balance-sheet lending.
• Expertise in CRE warehouse finance, direct lending, capital markets, and commercial and investment banking products.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Some travel is required.

Nice to have

• CRE warehouse experience.
• Series 79, Series 63, and/or Series 7 licenses.
