What you will do

• Oversee regional field installation and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate workforce planning to support effective regional operations.
• Monitor operational performance against required standards.
• Participate in project delivery meetings, track progress, and address operational challenges.
• Manage personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
• Lead teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience managing field installation and maintenance operations.
• Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
• Analytical skills for project cost analysis and cost estimation.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools.
