What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Instructional Designers and multimedia creators.
- Set priorities, capacity plans, delivery expectations, and scalable workflows for global education content initiatives.
- Define course templates, learning taxonomies, metadata standards, version control, content audits, and quality reviews.
- Translate complex product and technical knowledge into clear, outcome-driven learning across self-paced courses, VILTs, webinars, and educational knowledge-base content.
- Align education content with product strategy, release cycles, customer adoption goals, accreditation, and certification requirements.
- Evaluate new learning tools and approaches while using learner feedback, analytics, and industry practices to improve content effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning leadership.
- Experience leading or mentoring instructional design and content development teams.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, curriculum design, and scalable content development.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia.
- Experience designing education for SaaS, technical, or complex software products and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelorβs degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field; familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and content governance practices.
