Learning & Development Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid position based out of the Round Rock, Texas office

What you will do

• Own learning programs from planning through evaluation, including onboarding, employee development, compliance, leadership, internship, and technical training.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, communications, and multiple competing learning initiatives.
• Design and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, eLearning modules, and performance support resources.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences and consult with managers on capability gaps and development plans.
• Administer LMS curricula, learning paths, certifications, enrollments, reporting, and data integrity.
• Analyze participation, feedback, assessments, and business outcomes to improve curricula, delivery methods, and learner experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field preferred.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning programs and managing enterprise learning initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, project management, learning content development, and stakeholder consultation skills.
• Experience managing LMS systems and using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Canva, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled learning tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Abacus, ChatGPT, or similar.
