Technical Trainer (SaaS)

Location: Remote USA; candidates within a reasonable commute to a hirify.global office must work in the office at least 3 days per week. The role includes virtual and in-person delivery and may require work outside regular North American business hours.

Salary: $88,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligible short-term and long-term incentive programs and benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging training classes on hirify.global products in person and virtually.
• Translate complex accounting principles into clear concepts within the software context.
• Consult with clients on best practices and effective use of hirify.global solutions for financial close needs.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and subject matter experts to maintain accurate and impactful training content.
• Represent hirify.global Training at customer events and user conferences while meeting delivery satisfaction and utilization targets.
• Stay current with accounting standards, implementation developments, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting or finance, such as accounting, financial analysis, controllership, or auditing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Accounting or financial background and knowledge of hirify.global.
• Ability to conceptualize and present technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Public speaking, project management, and SaaS implementation methodology skills.
• Ability to deliver virtual training using MS Teams, WebEx, or similar tools to small and large audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other financial close automation software.
• Experience with process improvement or system implementation projects.
• Experience applying adult learning principles to instructor-led training.
• Experience creating PowerPoint decks, student and instructor guides, lab exercises, and job aids.
