Manager, Payor Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; U.S. healthcare practice context

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses supporting strategic payor contracting initiatives.
• Develop performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Identify revenue opportunities, performance challenges, and evolving payor and demographic trends.
• Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance on analyses and financial models.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage competing priorities, deadlines, confidentiality, and independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data and lead cross-functional work.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management or process improvement certification.
