Salary: $88,200–$132,300 per year

What you will do

• Analyze denials, rejections, and claim edits to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve billing performance, reduce unbilled days, and accelerate cash collections.
• Lead enterprise-wide optimization initiatives across multiple clients and markets.
• Present recommendations and process improvement strategies to executive and operational leaders.
• Build scalable billing workflows and operational frameworks for long-term growth.
• Lead and develop a growing team while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Experience across multiple revenue cycle functional areas and with process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced critical-thinking, analytical problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-client environment.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other major healthcare information systems.
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations and claim management processes.
• Experience in a payer, health system, consulting organization, or healthcare technology company.
• Exposure to automation technologies, AI-enabled tools, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, bots, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
