What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights.
• Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support on complex issues.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements through client discovery sessions.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting
• 3+ years managing associates and/or teams
• Healthcare industry experience that includes post-acute care, skilled nursing and/or hospital required
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, project management, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Nice to have

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA)
• Proficiency in industry accounting software, e.g., QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct
• Demonstrated ability to influence others, promote change, and develop team members
