Location: ON-81 Bay Street-Virtual, Canada; remote work is available with occasional onsite attendance

What you will do

• Provide expert mortgage advice and recommend suitable mortgage products and financial solutions.
• Meet clients at convenient locations and times while supporting their home ownership goals.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams and provide personalized financial planning support.
• Develop a local-market sales plan to convert leads into new clients and deliver business results.
• Build referral networks with internal business partners, realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience, including mortgage lending and mortgage documentation.
• Client engagement, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
