What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Support clients remotely and meet them at convenient locations and times.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to deliver mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans that convert leads into new clients.
• Build referral networks with internal businesses, external realtors, and community partners.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to understand the local market and develop new business opportunities.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Goal-oriented, accountable, client-focused, and comfortable taking ownership.
