Market Outreach (Energy Efficiency)

What you will do

• Recruit, train, educate, and build relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and energy-efficiency product providers.
• Develop outreach tactics to recruit customers and Trade Allies and increase adoption of energy-efficient HVAC, water heating, lighting, and other electric and natural-gas-saving technologies.
• Research business markets, analyze customer bases, identify target allies, and build registered Trade Ally networks.
• Plan and coordinate events and deliver program presentations.
• Act as a liaison between customers and contractors while following up on leads and supporting customer satisfaction.
• Track program goals, budgets, resources, operational improvements, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• Must pass pre-employment checks and meet applicable DOT requirements when required.
