Insurance Sales Agent - Littleton, CO

Location: In-office position based at an ACG branch facility in Littleton, Colorado. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm MT, plus one rotating Saturday per month from 9:00am–1:00pm.

Salary: Average annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000+, including a guaranteed hourly rate of $21.63 plus commissions, bonuses, and overtime eligibility. A $2,500 new-agent ramp-up incentive is also available.

What you will do

• Generate new insurance sales, retain existing insureds, and grow the insurance book of business.
• Use consultative sales techniques to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and coverage.
• Quote, bind, and issue policies using underwriting guidelines and company tools.
• Overcome objections, close sales, and meet or exceed assigned incentive-plan targets.
• Conduct insurance reviews and respond to inquiries about insurance, membership, and financial products.
• Build community and business networks through outreach, prospecting, follow-up, and in-person market interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license and Current Life Insurance Sales license required.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable within the established timeframe.
• At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, listening, prospecting, follow-up, lead-closing, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills.
