Insurance Representative I - Bilingual (Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States; the role is listed in Fort Worth, Texas. A current Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least one U.S. state is required.

Salary: $38,500–$69,500 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide insurance quotes, apply consultative selling techniques, and close sales.
• Support customers with policy quoting, selling, servicing, coverage, billing, renewals, and endorsements.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with management and other departments when needed.
• Gather, process, consolidate, and analyze customer data to support retention and loyalty.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain closed-loop communication to ensure customer requests are resolved.
• Execute specialty-team processes and strategies assigned by GM Insurance leadership.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Current Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least one U.S. state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, active listening, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of General Motors Insurance products, systems, policies, and procedures.
