Location: Remote (US). Must be based in one of the following 30 states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI.
Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 (Base $60k-$63.5k + OTE $88k+), including uncapped commissions and equity (RSUs).

What you will do
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance solutions to homeowners.
- Convert qualified, high-intent leads into long-term customers using consultative sales techniques.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and manage the sales funnel from first contact to policy bind.
- Partner with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless policy issuance process.
- Simplify complex insurance concepts to help customers protect their most important assets.
Requirements
- Active P&C license in your current state of residence.
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales or call center environment.
- Must reside and work full-time in one of the 30 specified US states.
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding performance targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software.
- Availability for specific CST shifts and a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks.
