Head of Enablement (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead enablement strategy and create product and process training for internal teams, implementation partners, and resellers.
• Partner with the Customer team to develop hirify.global Academy content, learning paths, and certification programs.
• Deliver live and asynchronous training for internal teams and partners, including customer training support.
• Administer and improve the enablement technology stack, including the LMS, content authoring tools, and knowledge base.
• Define certification and assessment criteria, measure enablement effectiveness, and address performance gaps.
• Monitor training compliance, report progress to leadership, escalate issues, and support process improvements based on enablement feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building enablement programs in enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Experience spanning multiple functions, including partner and channel enablement, not solely sales enablement.
• Hands-on LMS administration and instructional design experience, including certification or competency frameworks.
• Experience in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment with continuously evolving products and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, attention to detail, and measurable results.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
