Regional Learning Manager, Fulfillment - East

Location: Remote, but must be based in Atlanta, GA, or Hebron, KY, with regular regional travel of approximately 40–60%.

What you will do

• Own onboarding, cross-training, leadership development, and the end-to-end training experience across regional fulfillment sites.
• Partner with site and operations leaders to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted learning programs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training, train-the-trainer certifications, and floor-level coaching.
• Localize corporate curricula covering safety, equipment operation, WMS systems, and quality standards.
• Track training completion, certification status, time-to-proficiency, safety correlation, and retention impact.
• Recruit, coach, and certify site-level trainers while supporting site launches, peak-season ramp-ups, and process or system rollouts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or operations, including at least 2 years in fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple sites or shifts.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder partnership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to train frontline associates and site leadership and communicate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to use training and performance data to make decisions and communicate findings.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA, or Hebron, KY, and willing to travel regularly across the region, typically 40–60%.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and fulfillment or logistics operations.
• Instructional design experience.
• Spanish and English bilingual skills, depending on site footprint.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
