Regulatory Training Manager

What you will do

• Manage and continuously improve training and eLearning products covering chemicals management, product compliance and sustainability.
• Develop course outlines, learning objectives, training materials and Professional Development membership content.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources, delivery workflows and programme performance reviews.
• Manage relationships with trainers, subject matter experts and external providers, including content requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Create and update digital learning materials using Rise, Cvent and other online learning platforms.
• Host online training, support platform setup and troubleshooting, and contribute to live conferences and event activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in training programme management, content production, eLearning, professional learning or B2B events and training.
• Strong content judgement and the ability to convert technical or expert subject matter into clear, structured training materials.
• Working knowledge of online training platforms, LMS systems and eLearning authoring tools, ideally including Articulate Rise and Cvent.
• Experience using technical tools and processes to create, update and maintain training materials, including responsible use of AI tools.
• Experience collaborating with trainers, subject matter experts or external providers.
• Strong project management, organisation, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
