Sr Sales Enablement Partner (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, USA, with flexibility to work remotely; travel up to 20% and work across time zones may be required.

Annual base pay: $130,200–$195,400, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan, design, develop, and deliver technical enablement programs for Solutions Engineering and Channel teams worldwide.
• Analyze training needs with modern AI platforms and introduce emerging technologies and architectures into the curriculum.
• Build hands-on lab guides, architectural presentations, web-based training, demo guides, and customer role-play scenarios.
• Facilitate interactive virtual and in-person technical training for global sales audiences.
• Mentor and assess learners on technical presentations, whiteboarding, and live product demonstrations.
• Measure field readiness, business outcomes, and the effectiveness of enablement programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical sales enablement, instructional design, or technical training.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with virtual environments, public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and modern application architectures such as Kubernetes.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• In-depth knowledge of security services, SaaS platforms, cloud, container orchestration, networking, WAF, application programming, automation tools, and scripting languages.
• Experience designing multi-modal curricula, role-based learning paths, launch-readiness programs, and interactive cohort-based learning.
• BA/BS degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; experience with learning technologies, enablement platforms, and AI tools.
