Technical Enablement Manager

Location: Fully remote from Poland, Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom, or France

hirify.global provides a SaaS data-protection platform with immutable, historical archives for services including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.

What you will do

• Build structured technical onboarding, skills-reinforcement, and readiness frameworks for go-to-market teams and partners.
• Create modular toolkits, playbooks, best-practice guides, e-learning modules, interactive guides, and videos.
• Design and deliver live and virtual technical training, coaching, and certification-oriented learning experiences.
• Manage the technical knowledge-management system and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design on canned demos.
• Coordinate technical readiness for product launches with Solutions Engineering, Customer Experience, and Partner Enablement.
• Define KPIs such as ramp time, demo readiness, win-rate contribution, and time-to-value, then improve programs using data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical enablement, sales enablement, or instructional design at a SaaS or enterprise-software company.
• Expertise in instructional design, curriculum design, learning-experience design, and adult-learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Camtasia.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud and SaaS concepts, including data protection, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, or Entra ID.
• Data-driven KPI management, strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
• English is the primary working language.

• Experience with enablement or learning-management systems.
• Experience in data protection, backup, cybersecurity, or Microsoft and Google cloud ecosystems.
• Experience building certification programs and influencing go-to-market leadership.
• Relevant certifications.
