Continuous Improvement/Senior Change Agent (Lean Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Grand Rapids, Michigan, 5 days per week

Salary: $97,406.66–$135,834.99 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead and accelerate Lean transformation across site operations.
• Conduct value stream analyses, identify inefficiencies, and define future-state operating models.
• Plan and facilitate Kaizen, Blitz, Rapid Improvement, and Just Do It events.
• Review workflows, procedures, and controls and create actionable change implementation plans.
• Train, coach, and support Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Management through daily engagement, team meetings, and Gemba walks.
• Partner with site and department leadership to sustain improvements and provide backup support to the Senior Value Stream Coach.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success managing, training, coaching, and developing others in Lean tools and methodologies.
• Experience facilitating at least 30 Kaizen or Blitz events using a structured methodology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across frontline and senior leadership levels.
• Leadership skills to motivate and influence teams as a credible change agent.
• An associate or bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
