What you will do

- Partner with the Site Director and leadership team to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Lead Kaizen events focused on flow, constraint removal, cost transformation, and high-volume value streams.
- Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, throughput, and lead time.
- Embed Lean thinking through standard work, daily management, visual systems, and accountability.
- Coach operators, supervisors, and leaders while developing future Lean problem solvers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with industrial engineering strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment leading Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to influence leaders without direct reporting authority, prioritize multiple tasks, and provide strategic direction as part of a site leadership team.
Nice to have
- Lean Master certification in TPS or Danaher Business System certification.
- Project management experience and Agile certification such as SCALE.
- Change management certification such as PROSCI.
- Analytical experience with SPC, hypothesis testing, regression, and correlation analysis.
- Problem-solving experience with 5-Whys, 8D, or Shainin methods.
Culture & Benefits
- Direct interaction with the Site Director and site leadership team.
- Ownership of the site’s Lean transformation agenda rather than a support-only continuous improvement role.
- Focus on sustained, tracked business results instead of activity metrics.
- Opportunity to build lasting Lean capabilities and a pipeline of future Lean leaders.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and reasonable accommodation during the hiring process.
Hiring process
- Formal interview process required before any offer is extended.
- Legitimate recruitment communications come from official email domains.
