hirify.global is looking for a Global Director of People to manage and scale its HR operations across multiple countries, particularly supporting creative, technical, and product-driven teams.
What you will do
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage HR operations and systems globally, specifically Rippling, optimizing existing setups.
- Oversee global benefits administration, retirement plans, employment verifications, and payroll.
- Manage HR processes across multiple countries, including the US, UK, France, Hungary, Romania, and Sweden.
- Partner with managers on employee retention, performance feedback, and compensation changes.
- Collaborate with the Deputy CEO on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven global HR experience managing employees across multiple countries.
- Hands-on experience with Rippling is required.
- Strong execution mindset with a deep understanding of employee lifecycle operations.
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate strategically.
- Familiarity with US and international employment compliance.
- Experience owning and managing company-wide training and development initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting creative, technical, and product-driven teams (e.g., game development, engineering, design).
- Background in the gaming industry, with familiarity with its pace and culture.
- Comfort operating in industries where project cycles require flexibility.
- Experience partnering closely with IT on device management and system access in a distributed setup.
