What you will do

• Analyse data for annual pay reviews and performance cycles, including preparation, validation, modelling, and reporting.
• Conduct market benchmarking through job matching, survey data review, market positioning analysis, and output preparation.
• Support pay equity activities, including equal pay analysis and gender pay gap reporting.
• Manage reward-related sales incentive and commission activities, including plan documentation, eligibility, data preparation, and payment validation.
• Maintain reward data, tools, templates, and process documentation.
• Handle standard reward queries and escalate complex or sensitive matters when appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Total Reward team.
• Understanding of market benchmarking, pay review processes, and fixed and variable pay structures.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large, complex data sets.
• Ability to turn reward data into clear insights, concise summaries, and practical recommendations.
• Understanding of pay transparency, gender pay gap reporting, and reward governance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-specialists.
