Product Manager (Healthcare IT)

Location: Fully remote; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product backlog and write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and MVP definitions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and VA stakeholders to translate requirements into scoped product work.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Track delivery progress, identify blockers, and manage dependencies.
• Use data, user research, and stakeholder feedback to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Communicate product direction and delivery status across technical and government stakeholder teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on federal health IT programs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health or a similar EHR platform is strongly preferred.
• Strong backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and MVP definition skills.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through consistent sprint cycles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
