TL;DR

Product Manager (AI) (LLMs, ML models, ERP automation): Building scalable AI-driven enterprise products and agentic workflows that automate complex business processes across platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake with an accent on product strategy, customer discovery, and measurable business impact. Focus on prioritizing high-value AI use cases, translating requirements into engineering backlogs, and delivering reliable features through agile collaboration with engineering, sales, delivery, and customer teams.

Location: San Jose Office (HQ), New York City Office, or San Francisco Office, United States

Salary: $147K–$232K plus equity

What you will do

Conduct market and customer analysis to identify pain points and unmet needs.
Define product strategy, roadmaps, success metrics, and priorities for assigned product areas.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, risk, and time-to-value.
Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and actionable engineering backlogs.
Partner with Engineering in an agile environment to deliver, iterate, and improve AI-driven features.
Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to support implementations, positioning, launches, and product adoption.

Requirements

Experience building and scaling B2B products.
Strong background in ERP or enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
Experience building or launching AI-driven products with an AI-first product mindset.
Ability to create high-fidelity requirements and conceptual prototypes using tools such as Cursor, Replit, or Lovable.
Strong analytical, strategic, communication, prioritization, and judgment skills.
Deep understanding of agile product development and the ability to collaborate with engineering, GTM, and customer-facing teams.

Nice to have

Experience with workflow engines, data harmonization across enterprise platforms, industry-specific enterprise solutions, code remediation, or platform modernization.
Product storytelling and go-to-market experience.
UX sensibility and ability to visualize AI-driven user experiences.
