Salary: $115,000–$173,000

What you will do

• Drive the short- and long-term roadmap for document conversion and enrichment teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create cohesive, intuitive enrichment architecture.
• Partner with sales and marketing to increase technology adoption and articulate product benefits.
• Conduct user and competitive research to validate product approaches and solve pressing customer problems.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance standards are met.
• Translate validated designs and analysis into actionable story cards with clear acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical acumen with familiarity in cloud platform architecture.
• Proven ability to use data to analyze product health, set goals, and track success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in product management for developer-facing platform products.
• Background in native libraries, distributed messaging systems, or workflow orchestration infrastructure.
