Product Lead (ERP/Operations)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site with an in-office culture

Salary: $180,000–$260,000 annual base salary, depending on level and location, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own an end-to-end product surface across discovery, PRDs, system design partnership, release readiness, and adoption.
• Lead product pod members through design and delivery while owning post-delivery output metrics.
• Run customer discovery and translate conflicting multi-customer input into generalized capabilities.
• Partner with application architects on data models, schemas, workflows, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
• Sequence the roadmap, make prioritization decisions, and communicate trade-offs to executives, PMO, and customers.
• Coordinate with implementation, product, engineering, sales, and GTM teams on delivery and releases.

Requirements

• Senior product-building experience in operations, ERP, financial software, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Shipped generalized product surfaces in areas such as inventory, procurement, order management, AR/AP, costing, fulfillment, EDI, WMS, MRP, or production planning.
• Owned complex products end to end, including scope, trade-offs, revenue or adoption outcomes, and roadmap delivery.
• Strong understanding of data models, schemas, engineering trade-offs, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience leading product teams through multi-quarter roadmaps and sustained output ownership.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Background at a vertical ERP or operations software company such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
• Experience at a manufacturing or physical-operations company that builds internal operations software.
• Operations, ERP, or supply-chain consulting experience from a major consultancy or implementation partner.
• Finance, accounting, or industrial-engineering background at a high-bar B2B startup.
