Forward Deployed Product Manager (ERP)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, United States

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end post-sales ERP lifecycle for 1–2 upper mid-market or enterprise clients, from discovery through go-live.
• Map customer business processes, operational workflows, and financial requirements through cross-functional deep dives.
• Translate process flows into product designs, data models, workflows, and configurations on the ERP platform.
• Build new product capabilities and contribute to improvements across the customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate integrations and data migrations with technical teams.
• Support UAT, training, go-live, retention, and potential upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Hands-on ERP implementation experience.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company.
• Strong systems-thinking, analytical, customer-management, and business-acumen skills.
• Ability to understand complex engineering and logic problems from first principles.
• Experience working in high-pressure startup, consulting, finance, or similar environments.
• SQL experience is beneficial but not required.
