Technical Product Manager (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the product backlog, roadmap, epics, features, and tasks in Jira.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and align engineering work with product goals.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Track sprint velocity, burndown, capacity, blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate releases from development through staging and production, including release criteria, notes, changelogs, and version documentation.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders on delivery alignment and user-facing feature documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a similar software development role.
• Strong hands-on Jira experience, including configuring boards, workflows, and dashboards.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum; CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification required.
• Technical fluency in software development lifecycles, APIs, system architecture, and engineering workflows.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and epic hierarchies and aligning engineering work with product objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation, mobility, or autonomous vehicles.
• Experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps workflows.
• Experience managing production releases across multiple deployment targets.
• Background in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Claude Code for documentation, analysis, or productivity.
