Trade Support Specialist - Middle Office

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annual base salary, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Provide operational and technical support for equity options trading desks.
• Capture trades across futures, futures options, equities, equity options, and index options.
• Reconcile trades and positions with clearing houses and brokers.
• Calculate and substantiate daily P&L.
• Support proprietary trade capture, inventory, treasury, and risk management systems.
• Own operational processes and improve trading tools, workflows, and technology in collaboration with traders, researchers, and software engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in front office, middle office, back office, or risk management roles involving exchange-traded and over-the-counter products and derivatives.
• Strong interest in and working knowledge of equities and derivatives.
• Experience with version control, Git, Python, Cron, and Linux.
• Proven experience automating or improving workflows with Python.
• Prior interaction with front-office teams and senior management in an active trading environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
