Manufacturing Operations Group Lead

Location: Onsite in Wilton, Connecticut, United States; first shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leads, specialists, and technicians.
• Develop staffing plans and workforce capability to meet production demands.
• Partner with engineering, planning, quality, and logistics functions to resolve operational challenges.
• Support new product introductions, production ramps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate production performance, risks, and priorities to leadership and business partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Seven or more years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Three or more years of people leadership or operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing production performance, staffing, quality outcomes, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, or other enterprise resource planning systems, plus hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.

Nice to have

• Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent experience.
