What you will do

• Oversee on-shift production execution across assigned work centers.
• Lead and develop a team of module specialists and technicians.
• Ensure sustained volume output, quality, and cost performance targets are met.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage staffing requirements and provide performance management and career development support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks and improve end-to-end performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3+ years of people management and operational leadership experience.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology (US Export Administration Regulations).
• Strong knowledge of production management, quality systems, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and ERP software.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full PPE.

Nice to have

• Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools and equipment.
