What you will do

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) objectives.
• Oversee multiple production teams through frontline leaders and supervisors.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives to optimize processes and resource utilization.
• Manage KPIs, visual management, and daily operational reviews to ensure production plan execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and P&L to address operational challenges.
• Develop talent, foster an inclusive culture, and mentor future manufacturing leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Operations Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production management.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing leaders or large teams.
• Proven track record of delivering operational results in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong capability in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing or capital equipment environments.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Toyota Production System methodologies.
• Experience supporting factory expansion or ramp-up programs.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's).
