What you will do

• Design, test, and ship experiments to qualify and convert clients for the new Injury vertical.
• Identify operational gaps and lead projects to improve cost-to-serve efficiency.
• Rebuild and maintain predictive models for case valuation to inform ad bidding and business forecasting.
• Develop and implement new QA functions, including tooling, interface design, and team training.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing to drive key business initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with authorization to work.
• Proven experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong track record of leading ambiguous, end-to-end projects and owning complex modeling workstreams.
• Ability to persuasively advocate for ideas and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to social impact and helping people in need.

Nice to have

• Management experience ahead of tenure (e.g., EM at McKinsey, mini-PL at BCG, Manager at Bain).
• Experience with marketplace businesses or complex consumer services like insurance, fintech, or medical.
• Background in consumer-focused research or discovery work.
