Customer Risk Strategy Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (in-person 3-4 days/week at the Presidio office)

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year + equity

What you will do

• Manage oversight of fintech partners by reviewing key program metrics and identifying risk indicators.
• Collaborate with business teams to evaluate and document risk and compliance considerations for partnership expansions.
• Architect and build high-velocity processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver high-impact metrics and briefings to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Partner closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person in San Francisco 3-4 days/week.
• 2+ years of experience in high-growth environments, management consulting, financial regulatory agencies, or fintech.
• Disciplined approach to managing complex workstreams and navigating high-pressure priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Interest in finance, risk, and technology.
